Can I order Port Royal catering online?
Yes. Our standard catering menu and packages can be ordered directly online. A quote or consultation is not required for standard catering orders but we encourage all customers to reach out if any questions about our process or offerings arise.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Catering orders require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
How many people does a catering tray serve?
Most entrée and side trays are designed to serve approximately 8–10 guests when ordered as part of a complete meal. Actual portions vary by item and by the number of selections being served.
Do I have to order a package?
No. Packages provide an easy way to order a complete spread, but the catering menu is also available à la carte.
Can I upgrade a package to oxtail or curry goat?
Yes. Oxtail and curry goat are available as premium entrée upgrades for our catering packages. Applicable upcharges are displayed with each package.
Do you provide plates and serving utensils?
Serving utensils, plates, napkins, and cutlery are available as optional catering add-ons.
Can Port Royal accommodate a custom event?
Yes. Events requiring custom menus, larger quantities, special service arrangements, or other requirements can be discussed directly with our events team at events@portroyallounge.com.
